CAREER SUMMARY
Dr. Inyang is an Environmental professional with twenty-eight years of experience in all aspects of environmental management and safety programs. His areas of expertise include, but are not limited to; project management, budget planning and management, environmental site remediation, hazardous waste management, chemical safety, chemical emergency response, emergency response preparedness planning, program development and implementation, technical writing and all aspects of environmental regulations.
RELEVANT PROJECTS
Dr. Inyang recently completed the development of an Emergency Operations Center plan and trained participants in the use of the plan. He has also been involved in the planning of several emergency response exercises and participated in developing plans to close identified gaps.
As the responsible person for emergency response preparedness, Dr. Inyang successfully set up a program to coordinate all emergency response activities, including the identification of critical assets and the protection of such assets.
He has been involved in the set up to respond to hazmat incidents of various magnitudes from casual incidental release to major releases. He has been involved in providing technical information during chemical release incidents.
He managed the remediation of a site contaminated with radioactive materials and was very successful in cost control and the general effectiveness of the outcome. During this remediation, he kept in close contact with the regulatory agency in charge of the project to ensure a successful outcome.
Dr. Inyang is involved with the team that is developing a plan to adequately respond to incidents involving the release of radioactive materials. Aspects of this program involve the development of a plan, training materials and providing training based on the plan.
He is knowledgeable in the areas of project planning and development. He has been involved in numerous negotiations with contractors and governmental regulatory agencies, achieving positive outcomes in all cases. He successfully managed the environmental aspects of a major land transaction project. This involved dealing with regulators, contractors, potential buyers and the seller.
